My daughter: Storyteller

Today is stinking hot! I played handy man today (something I really suck at) and hung some of those bamboo shades over the back windows of our house. When it's really hot outside we can put them down and it (hopefully) will no longer be like living under a magnifying glass in the sun.

I got those up at about 1 p.m. and I am convinced it was about 85 degrees. Today they are forecasting 101 or so.

The above video is Violet telling me a story about how she lost one of her dolls.

The best parts of the video (according to me) is watching Lilly in the background -- and seeing how two kids can destroy a house. For the record, Cindy hates clutter. :)

Well, I have some other things to do around the house... wish me luck!
